Welcome to the North Cotswold Beekeepers Association. We are a collection of individuals who share a common interest – beekeeping. Here you will find news about club activities, how to join, and advice on various aspects of beekeeping. The club caters for beginners and experts alike and we always welcome new members. We can help you get set up and advise on suitable sites to keep your bees. We are in regular contact with local farmers and landowners who wish to house bees on their land. Fill in the contact form for more information.
Our members all keep bees in the North Cotswold region of Gloucestershire and hold monthly meetings normally on a Wednesday at 7:30pm in Adlestrop Village Hall during the winter months. We try to get interesting talks on all aspects of beekeeping including candle making and cooking with honey.
Notes from past meetings are reproduced on the website. During the summer there are apiary visits at different members apiaries where an expert will go through the hive with us and offer ideas to improve our beekeeping.
If you have any news items, articles or photos you would like to see published on the website please e-mail them to Julia our webmaster.
